The Psychologist

Sonia Singh is a psychologist who is also a Director of the Sai Nilayam Fraud. Again, we must ask the question why is hse not diagnosing her father. Dr. Singh and Dr. Simone Singh along with Dr. Jason Sammons and Dentist Sammons must be professional enough to realize that Mr. Dharamraj Singh is actually an unwell man.

First we will be taking a indepth look at Dr. Sonia Singh and then the others.

AS we can surmise from everything being written and told to us, Dr. Sonia Singh has an unwavering eblief that her father is god on earth adn as long as she has her car, her aprtment, her loans paid and is able to be a director she is fine with the fraud being perpetrated on its victims.

WE must ask why does a medical professional not stop and take notice that Mr. Dharamraj Singh is delusional and suffers from a narsicisstic and psychotic personality?

According to Dr. SOnia Singh her father is chosen to shine light on humanity and helping bring about Prema Sai.

But we need to look at the stress this young igrl is facing.

Her father is delusional, her mother supports the father and she benefits from a material perspective.

The writings in chapter 3 highlights how stressful this must be.

As we all know shrinks have several problems. Suicide, stress, divorce -- psychologists and other mental health professionals may actually be more screwed up than the rest of us.
For instance, in 1899 Sigmund Freud got a new telephone number: 14362. He was 43 at the time, and he was profoundly disturbed by the digits in the new number. He believed they signified that he would die at age 61 (note the one and six surrounding the 43) or, at best, at age 62 (the last two digits in the number). He clung, painfully, to this bizarre belief for many years. Presumably he was forced to revise his estimate on his 63rd birthday, but he was haunted by other superstitions until the day he died -- by assisted suicide, no less -- at the ripe old age of 83.

That's just for starters. Freud also had frequent blackouts. He refused to quit smoking even after 30 operations to correct the extensive damage he suffered from cancer of the jaw. He was a self-proclaimed neurotic. He suffered from a mild form of agoraphobia. And, for a time, he had a serious cocaine problem.

Neuroses? Superstitions? Substance abuse? Blackouts? And suicide? So much for the father of psychoanalysis. But are these problems typical for psychologists? How are Freud's successors doing? Or, to put the question another way: Are shrinks really "crazy"?

I myself have been a psychologist for nearly two decades, primarily teaching and conducting research. So the truth is that I had some preconceptions about this topic before I began to investigate it. When, years ago, my mom told me that her one and only session with a psychotherapist had been disappointing because "the guy was obviously much crazier than I was," I assumed, or at least hoped, that she was joking. Mental health professionals have access to special tools and techniques to help themselves through the perils of living, right?

Sure, Freud was peculiar, and, yes, I'd heard that Jung had had a nervous breakdown. But I'd always assumed that -- rumors to the contrary notwithstanding; -- mental health professionals were probably fairly healthy.

Turns out I was wrong.

Doctor, Are You Feeling Okay?

Mental health professionals are, in general, a fairly crazy lot -- at least as troubled as the general population. This may sound depressing, but, as you'll see, having crazy shrinks around is not in itself a serious problem. In fact, some experts believe that therapists who have suffered in certain ways may be the very best therapists we have.

The problem is that mental health professionals -- particularly psychologists -- do a poor job of monitoring their own mental health problems and those of their colleagues. In fact, the main responsibility for spotting an impaired therapist seems to fall on the patient, who presumably has his or her own problems to deal with. That's just nuts.

Therapists struggling with marital problems, alcoholism, substance abuse, depression, and so on don't function very well as therapists, so we can't just ignore their distress. And ironically, with just a few exceptions, mental health professionals have access to relatively few resources when they most need assistance. The questions, then, are these: How can clients be protected -- and how can troubled therapists be helped?

The Odd Treating the Id

Here's a theory that's not so crazy: Maybe people enter the mental health field because they have a history of psychological difficulties. Perhaps they're trying to understand or overcome their own problems, which would give us a pool of therapists who are a hit unusual to begin with. That alone could account for the image of the Crazy Shrink.

Of the many prominent psychotherapists I've interviewed in recent months, only one admitted that he had entered the profession because of personal problems. But most felt this was a common occurrence. In fact, the idea that therapy is a haven for the psychologically wounded is as old as the profession itself. Freud himself asserted that childhood loss was the underlying cause of an adult's desire to help others. And Freud's daughter, Anna, herself a prominent psychoanalyst, once said, "The most sophisticated defense mechanism I ever encountered was becoming a psychotherapist." So it's only appropriate that John Fromson, M.D., director of a Massachusetts program for impaired physicians, describes the mental health field as one in which "the odd care for the id." He chuckled as he said this, but, as Freud claimed, humor is often a mask for disturbing truths.

These impressions are confirmed by published research. An American Psychiatric Association study concluded that '"physicians with affective disorders tend to select psychiatry as a specialty." (Curiously, the authors presented this as their belief, "for a variety of reasons," without explanation.) In a 1993 study, James Guy, Ph.D., dean of the School of Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary, compared the early childhood experiences of female psychotherapists to those of other professional women. The therapists reported higher rates of family dysfunction, parental alcoholism, sexual and physical abuse, and parental death or psychiatric hospitalization than did their professional counterparts. And a 1992 survey of male and female therapists found that more than two-thirds of the women and one-third of the men reported having experienced some form of sexual or physical abuse in early life. Freud seems to have been right about this one: The mental health professions attract people who have suffered.

Maybe we should not blame this girl. For instance she may just not be aware of why she cannot break away from the craziness.

Chapter 5: To blame or not to blame that is the question.

Everyone is vulnerable to persuasion given the right circumstances. Every day we can find examples of deceit, deception and trickery working effectively within society. There are numerous examples such as people duped into paying for unnecessary auto repairs or being persuaded to have costly surgical procedure not really required for their health. Salesmen, advertisers, lawyers and politicians and even some doctors--expend great effort developing their abilities to persuade others.

However, for cult recruiters the stakes seem higher than the material world--their frequent belief is that they are vying for souls and essentially providing salvation. Many people join cults at a very young age when they are naive and ill equipped to face the cold realities and deception of the world. Moreover, when people are in transitional periods in their lives they are more vulnerable. That is--someone who is essentially in great shape psychologically may be approached during a major life transition or during a crisis. They might be recruited more easily after the death of a parent, after moving to a new and unfamiliar location or perhaps after a major relationship breaks up. We should not blame cult victims for their naivete or temporary vulnerability--certainly not when there is little education in our society about the dangers of destructive cults. Many people who have previously held that cult members must be weak or disturbed people--suddenly change their mind when a close friend or family member joins such a group.

Anyone who is experiencing a vulnerable phase in their life can fall victim to a cult or a guru. Humans have emotional needs such as significance, attention, a safe, secure environment to mature and develop; an emotional connection to other people; acceptance, a connection to the wider community, and; meaning & purpose. When these needs are not met or if we feel lost, are searching for meaning or an answer, we become highly vulnerable, and then when someone comes along claiming, ‘I can help you, I can give you what you need; I am the only one who has the answer’, he appeals to our missing needs and it’s very easy to persuade us or brainwash us. Our grave mistake is that we too often look for someone else to solve our problems. We don’t just look for hope; we look to a God-like kind of person – the person that has the secret to what we need.

False Teacher and False Prophet Sugrim Singh

Sugrim Singh

Not for the first time, false teacher and proven false prophet Sugrim Singh aka Sai Baba aka dharamraj singh akak government of canada worker aka ottawa resident aka the man with ten thousand names and his merry band of religious lunatics and “Sai Nilayam” devotees are discrediting hinduism and discrediting another fake prphet sai baba with absurd doctrines and false information. This mans teaching hold no
resemblance to any model of hinduism or christianity or even sai baba's teachings. This man plays on the cognitive disonance of his followers.

The odd phenomena which academics identify by the term “cognitive dissonance” was first researched by the sociologist Leon Festinger who was interested in the social psychology of religion. Festinger catalogued and analyzed how such religious kooks, driven by a vanity characterized by a hollow sense of spiritual elitism, would simply call themselves god and milk people out of their hard earned savings

As an optimist, I believe people are curious by nature and don't want to be willfully ignorant (at least, this is true for the young ones who haven't been brainwashed). This is cause for hope. This is also cause for one of the fundamental problems confronting these true beleivers of fake gurus and con men and all other faith-based whipper-snappers.

While we no cognitively that there is no one Hindu creation story we do know that hinduism believes in a a trinity combined into one god.
However, the hindu mind has not entertained the concept of a married man saying he is god based on a spirit visiting him at only convenient times.

What would happen if the mortal coil of Mr. Singh stops receiving the supposed spritual embodiement of Sai BAba? Would he give everything back that he has received or still profit from it? What if the connection is broken, because he drinks alcohol?

at all times we must question who was this man's guru that would give him his Sanyas.
He has not given up the materiality of this world, he has acucmulaed more. He has not attempted to seek out god, but actively lives in society.

So the orange robes and he says he is god? Why would god wear the robes of a sanyasi - he is already attained.

Learning from skeptical science:If any of these words are untrue that Sugrim Singh
(aka, ram singh, aka, dharamraj singh, aka, sugriv singh, aka sugreev singh) dresses in an orange robe, says that satya sai baba comes through him, that he is the bridge between prema sai, that his family is in charge of the charity, that he drive very expensive cars or has a mansion but works as a government of canada worker, that he speaks with an accent, a limp sometimes is used and that he travels the world
preaching and that his charitable organization (he is the spiritual head, as his wife is the president)takes in donations (over 1million by last count) and any number of other things please let us know.

Other Blog article – Sai Baba exposed – Sugrim Singh

by ottawasaibaba

http://robertpriddy.wordpress.com/2011/05/20/resurrection-of-sathya-sai-baba-already/

Comment: Briefly, one fraudulent divine guru trying to steal the thunder of another, much bigger fraudulent divine guru!

What are the facts about Sugriv Singh? From public records we find:- Name Dharamraj Singh – Date of birth: 23-Sep-53: Canadian citizen. Growing up in Guyana Dharamraj was then called Sugrim by his family. At birth he was taken away by his paternal grandmother until the age of 7. In the critical years of a child’s life he was not provided nurture from his own mother. He already considered himself the chosen one nonetheless, which indicates a serious pathological disturbance already developing. He moved to Canada and became naturalized, and is presently – besides dispensing God’s favour – is listed professionally as: Singh, Ram; Senior Policy and Program Analyst, and he is a full-time government employee! (e-mails to Ram: Ram.Singh@tbs-sct.gc.ca – e-mail for devotees: Sugriv/Ram: singh.ram@tbs-sct.gc.ca). Within his organization (Sai Nilayam Spiritual Organisation) Dharamaraj Singh and his wife never use their real/legal names. He is known there as Sugriv, Sugreev, or Sugrim and the names he uses to address himself and expects his devotees to use are “GOD”: Swami, Baba, Sathya Sai Baba, Satya Sai Baba, Sai Baba. His wife is known as ‘Das’. His wife and two daughters – Simone and Sonia are directors of this profitable outfit.

Sai Nilayam has allegedly run some charitable service projects in Trinidad, Canada Belarus, Poland, Guyana and India states it has 150 core volunteers, none of whom are paid for their work. In this is is modelled on the Sathya Sai Organization which requires all work, time and money to be given freely by members without any rights in return (other than the blessings of God, perhaps). It has been sponsored to some extent by over 50 small businesses.

One of Dharamraj’s daughters named Sonia has written:- ”I have a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and wondering why the govenment doesn’t forgive my student loans…I help keep its’ citizens sane.” (quote found on this site: http://www.simjay.wedsite.com/)
”Aside from misspelling the word government she has forgotten that the fees for her education as well as her lifestyle including her Mercedes Benz are funded by the devotees. How can this recent graduate she afford a waterfront high-rise condo and a Mercedes Benz? It seems that Sathya Sai Baba – the eternal Chairman of the Sathya Sai Trust is thought to have provided the answer to these troubling suspicions (apparently by some kind of ventrilocution through his puppet Sugriv Singh? Who knows?) :-

“The mind of a human being – fickle, insatiable greed, doubt. But I the Devine Lord still continue to love and serve her, you and all. I judge not and I do not differentiate amongst my children. I already am aware of the prayers of my devotees so do not doubt in me, I have already contemplated in the cosmos the mention of the government loans which she claims having to pay but in reality has nothing to worry about. Not only should she not fear because I AM HERE. But also because of this website here:
Just take a look at this and compare it to the financial statements that Sugriv shares with you all for the organization and you will see that all the monies match up. There is also an incorporated business no: (Incorporation #1551508 -Province of Ontario). If Dharamraj Sugriv, Das, Sonia and Simone were hiding something, why would they put that on the website for all to see? Total transparency. How do you think God/I am wherever you (all) are but you can’t see me. I play with you all the time. Question me not.
Simone Singh, one of the ‘directors’ of the Sai Nilayam Spiritual Organisation

Now, as to the cars and properties, you see I have been on this earth in a form of man for longer than Dharamraj so I have been given a lot of love in form of gifts and I am just used to it. Devine is not materialistic so I don’t need objects to feed my soul – I live in your hearts. But I was born in form of a Man and I lived and died just like a man. And being a man I liked “things” expensive things” so I just had them. That wasn’t all, I also didn’t want to reject the gifts from my beloved devotees and hurt their feelings. I love them and serve them while they love me and serve me back with those token of their gratitude and gestures.
Dharamraj along with his wife and daughters are given these things by other human beings of their own free will – Right? Right? Because, they see how special this family is. No one was ever told, or sent and email by me SSSB to send them money or items etc. – correct? Let me put this to you differently, don’t you my beloved ones have the FREEDOM of CHOICE? Yes, sometimes I play with you. I live in your heart as GOD and then at the same exact time I talk to you through this body of Dharamraj because I am omniscient (that means I can be everywhere all the time). I know it’s difficult to understand but don’t doubt me.

So, while you are asked to make these donations and sacrifices from the goodness of your own heart. I sitting in your own heart (where I live) decide for myself that you the devotee should adorn me with gifts. And you shall receive in many folds back.
By being my devotee, you have devoted your life and your deepest secrets and problems to me. You have cried, begged and pleaded for help. You have Trusted me your GOD. And never have I used this against you to scare you or threaten you to extort money from any of you while in the body of Dharamraj Sugriv Singh. Nor have I used your innocence and purity to make you feel sorry for these human beings carrying out my task while I use this man’s body. Suggestions took place, words are used a certain way and right then and there with a swirl of my hand results occur. Checks arrive, gifts arrive and that’s just it. It’s a miracle.
Stay tuned for the second chapter of my leela in the form of Devine that takes over Dharamraj Singh, the chosen one.”

An amusing episode involving Simone Singh wanting to sue a sceptical-science.com is documented on their website here

The Sathya Sai Organisation has published denouncements of Sugriv Singh on at least two occasions:-

Charitable Scam

Charitable Scam
by ottawasaibaba

Look at the charity returns:

Where have the millions gone? And this is only the reported donations. Look at all the years and add them up. The expenses are not broken down. Now figure out when the house and cars were bought. I know it is only an inference.

Chapter 4: Dharamraj the Married Bramchari

Hinduism considers celibacy (bramcharya)as an important virtue and an essential aspect of spiritual life. (Manusmriti 2:223)

This is what Wikipedia has to say about Hinduism and celibacy:

v In Hinduism, celibacy is usually associated with the sadhus ("holy men"), ascetics who withdraw from worldly ties.

v Celibacy, termed brahmacharya in Vedic scripture, is the fourth of the yamas and the word literally translated means "dedicated to the Divinity of Life". The word is often used in yogic practice to refer to celibacy or denying pleasure, but this is only a small part of what brahmacharya represents.[1] The purpose of practicing brahmacharya is to keep you focused on your purpose in life, the things that instill a feeling of peace and contentment.

The Great Devine Dharamraj is a married man working a full time job as a government employee. In fact, he has moved his own bedroom to a different part of his mansion so to “Sacrifice” his own private bedroom to Sathya Sai Baba to hold private meeting with his devotees.

The home Ashram of Dharamraj Sugriv and Saywatti Singh is fully secured with alarms as well as video surveillance in each public room of their large mansion. Although the cameras served helpful for him to keep a watchful eye on everyone, it also prevented him from easily hiding the treasures such as murthis, watches, books, pictures, jewelry and most importantly vibhuthi in the nooks, crannies, sofa cushions and his own large orange robe. Insecure in having brought in large quantities of items to later give away as fake miracles and fraudulent mystical (materialist) gifts, Dharamraj has discontinued the recording of these surveillance systems for his own safety. However he remains undecided on whether the cameras should remain on or off. For example, It would also make many lose faith in this visible God especially if he’s (Dharamraj is) dressed as a regular man living a seemingly regular life and “disappearing” and reappearing on the surveillance working tirelessly to make vibhithi stick to and appear on the pictures of the deities around his home. This would really put a damper on his purpose.

In urging the followers we ask why are we so desperate to be enamored with the magic and the mysticism that we overlook our own instincts, intellect and even spirituality to raise questions about the innocent children. Why does the Ottawa Baba have a special connection with the children?
